This is SH404SEF plugin for Jobline component.

an ex:

• Origin link in jobline is "http://yourdomain.com/index.php/component/option,com_jobline/Itemid,54/id,1/task,view/"
• SEF link will translate to "http://yourdomain.com/{menu title}/{job-title}.html"

Include a language file, so you can change language for link too

Install this by manual, please upload the zip file to your components folder and extract it at there
