Answer: Please Log in to our site (http://joomseller.com) and go to this link: http://joomseller.com/my-orders.html to download or please Go to the product’s page of product you have paid for. You will see Download button here. Then please download and install the product on your site (there is Installation guide included in the package. Please read the User guide carefully).

As JoomSeller provides a Refund Program “30 Days No Questions Asked Refund Policy”, you can request a refund (via our support system: http://tickets.joomseller.com or via our Refund Page) within 30 Days counting from the day you purchased our product. Please note that we do not pay refund for these cases: refund request is sent after 30 days since the date of your purchase, you make a refund for our custom work, and you sent a refund request for Moneybookers payment. You do not need to remove/uninstall the old version. If you made many customizations on your site, backup is recommended before installing product’s new version.
